To help the salesteams to promote the business in view of global financial crisis,the 2009 Special PREPAID Incentive Plan is launched from 2008/12/26 till 2009/07/25 as follows:

1. One Cash Award for Prepaid private jet @Rs.3200000.00

• become SL or above in the period,active,monthly autoship completion with relevant bonus &good sales share
• in case of more than 1 candidate,the best one will be selected

2. One Cash Award for prepaid yacht @Rs.2400000.00

• become BL or above in the period,active,monthly autoship completion with relevant bonus &good sales share
• in case of more than 1 candidate,the best one will be selected

3. Three Pre-paid Brand Cars@ Rs.2000000.00

• become BL or above,who completes monthly autoship and GPV.
• or 8* with newly added GPV of 180000PV,complete monthly autoship,get monthly bonus with above average salesshare
• minimum 3 active teams
• In case of more than 3 candidates,the best 3 will be selected

1. concerned candidate must be a role model who
   • has positive attitude/mentality
   • has good faith&loyalty with TIENS
   • focus and follow training,with good teachability
   • is honest working &teamworking,
   • has monthly above average salesshare
   • has no bad record,no breach of Code of Conduct

2. In case there is no qualified candidate,award will be cancelled
3. Special incentives are on prepaid(prematured)basis in order to help the teams to promote the busienss!No one shall claim entitlement for any such prepaid incentives before he/she completes the required sales target as stipulated in the Plan.Prepaid incentive can be cancelled by TIENS if any concerned salesteam fails/ceases to generate an above average sales,before completing the sales target
4. Getting such incentive is only the beginning of your business,never make it the end of your business,by using the SIT &WAIT Policy!
